The 3 Flow System

It's amazing to me how many people try to get into this booming, lucrative market but go about it all wrong. They spend thousands of dollars on courses and training and a ton of time to learn the lingo and the processes only to find out that things are not as easy as they seem.

Not only do they need to take a business approach to this fantastic opportunity, but they need to do so in a particular way. First comes cash flow and that will NOT come from your first deal. Then comes credit flow which is essential for anything else that you do. Finally, after everything else is in place, comes deal flow. Not the other way around.
